Counting system using Smart Camera
We are experts in developing machine vision systems, PC based automation and monitoring, industrial automation, data acquisition, Lab VIEW programming, microcontroller based systems, instrumentation and also cleanroom design and installation.
BIB Solutions has experience in image processing of all modalities. Image processing extracts quantitative data from images. Project specific image processing routines are developed using scripts in standard software packages or can be custom developed according to the needs of the project. Interpretation of the data is routinely provided.
We are able to co-register images to enable low resolution quantitative images to be co-located with high resolution anatomical mages to allow accurate regions of interest to be drawn of the low resolution images.
What is image?
An image is two dimensional function, f(x, y), where x and y are spatial coordinates, and the amplitude, f at any pair of coordinates (x, y) is called the intensity or grey level of the image at that point.
Image processing
It is the manipulation done in an image when the output is an image the following images gives an example of image processing
Machine vision
Machine vision is termed for image processing and image analysisImage processing and analysis done for high level application which comes close to human vision capabilities of recognition
Signal Processing
Signal processing is the enabling technology for the generation, transformation, and interpretation of information. SPS serves its members through high quality publications, conference, technical and educational activities, and leadership opportunities. Its goal is to keep members abreast of the latest information and to serve the public at large.
Counting System using Image Processing
Automate your counting tasks.
Diverse counting applications for:
• Inventory
• Traffic analysis
• Bottle Counting
• Cylinder Counting
• Car counting
• Sports analysis
And anything that can be counted ...

An image is chosen so that it has considerable contrast with its background so that the objects can be identified. The function imread reads the image from a given location and stores it in the matrix img1. The imshow function displays the image.
High resolution binary smart camerais used to capture the picture and the DSP image processor process the image, an algorithm is developed in such a way taking the most common feature of the object. The DSP processor search for the common feature as per the algorithm and process the output within micro seconds.
